How to read these signals
Rising utilisation
When an operator's flight hours climb, their fleet is busier. Peak-day availability tightens and lead times grow — lock in dates earlier and scrutinise guaranteed availability clauses before signing.
Falling utilisation
More availability in the short term, but a sustained drop can signal financial stress. Ask your advisor about the operator's balance sheet before committing a large deposit to a programme with declining hours.
Fuel price movements
Not all contracts are equal on fuel. Fixed-rate programmes absorb price swings; pass-through contracts expose you to spikes. With Jet-A up 8% year-on-year, your contract's fuel clause is worth reading carefully right now.

Program Matcher

Five questions.
Your best-fit program.

Most buyers pick a program based on brand recognition or a broker recommendation. Our matcher uses your actual flying profile — hours, routes, cabin size, priorities, and budget — to rank programs by genuine fit, including all-in cost estimates your broker won't show you.

No operator sponsorship

Programs are ranked by fit to your flying profile, not by who pays us. No operator has ever or will ever pay for placement in our comparisons.

Real pricing, not marketing rates

We model all-in costs including peak-day surcharges, monthly management fees, entry costs amortised over contract length, and international add-ons.

No paywall on core data

Program comparisons, rates, and the matcher are free. We charge for premium persona guides and deep-dive analysis — not the fundamentals every buyer needs.

Sourced and dated

Every data point carries a date and source. When programs change terms, we update and note it. You always know how fresh the data is.
